We are continuing our worship at All Saints' with the help of visiting priests and members of our own congregation. The Rev. Robin Paterson has conducted Holy Communion on two occasions and the intervening Sunday we have held services of Morning Prayer, saying the wonderfully familiar words of the Scottish Prayer Book. When one says the Venite, it is difficult not to glance up high at the wall above the chancel gates at the appropriate time to read the words, "Oh, come, let us worship and fall down; and kneel before the Lord our Maker."
The Rev. Geoffrey Hall will be taking Holy Communion on Sunday, 4th February, and in the meantime, the vestry are in contact with other priests who might be willing to take services of Holy Communion in this interregnum period.
